Service pricing should reflect the condition and size of your balcony, if there is a variance, at the beginning of the appointment we may choose not to provide the service.

Service includes general cleaning of:

• Balcony windows & frames
• Railings (interior + Exterior)
• Balcony walls

We guarantee to remove 90%-100% of the dust and grime! 

Please note: For pre-existing stains and damage to balcony surfaces, the detailing/deep clean service will only clean the surfaces but not repair them - this would require restoration services which we do not provide.

About the service:

• Usually takes between 1-3 hours to deep clean <150 sq ft spaces.
• Clients provide access to a tap water source (bathtub, shower or sink is prefered, in that order).
• Throughout the service, the dirty water may be disposed in the client’s toilet.
• Clients are encouraged to clear all surfaces intended for cleaning to avoid any surcharges for obstacle removal. we are not liable for damages if we need to clear the space of furniture and items.
• We proudly stand behind our work. Clients have up to 48 hours after service completion to request a complimentary follow-up for any areas that may have been missed. Your satisfaction is our priority.
